This article will explain what you can do if you have lost any items, rubies or progress in one of our gamemodes
and see what you can do to resolve the problem or prevent it from happening again.
Lost items or progress due to a scam
- If a deal with another player resulted in a scam;
- The player did not give the items that were promised;
- A player stole items;
- If a scam happened outside of the Craftbit server.
We are not able to return your lost items, progress or rubies. Make sure that you are only trading or making a deal with player that you completely trust.
Scams are allowed on Prison and Factions due to the nature of these servers, this means that you can not report a player if the scam happened on one of these servers. If the scam happened on Skyblock or Survival you can report the player by filling in the form located at the bottom of the Help Center
and provide us with additional proof.
If a scam happened outside of one of our services, we are not able to provide any support. We do accept the responsibility for purchases made in our shop and that have not been received by the paying party. Please read through the Craftbit Rules
to get more information. If you feel like you have been wronged because it was against the Craftbit Rules
, please open a report by filling in the form located at the bottom of the Help Center
Lost items or progress due to a bug or a glitch
- My rubies disappeared;
- I lost an item in the auction house;
- Items disappeared from my inventory;
- Other scenarios where items or progress were lost due to a bug or glitch.
Sadly we are not able to return items, progress or rubies that have been lost due to a bug or glitch. You can report a bug or glitch by filling in the form located at the bottom of the Help Center
. Our staff team will be notified of any issues that may have occurred. Please keep in mind that Craftbit is in the progress of development, we are working hard to listen to your feedback and implement where possible.
Lost items or progress on accident
- I accidently pressed the drop key;
- I accidentally misplaced my items;
- I accidentally sold to a merchant;
- Any other scenarios where an item or progress have been lost.
When you have lost items or progress due to an accident, we are not able to replace them. To avoid this in the future we advise you to store valuable items in a chest, enderchest or any other means of private storage that the server might offer. This way you can avoid this in the future.
Lost items or progress due to griefing
- My account was compromised;
- My house/base/island was destroyed;
- A member took my items or progress.
We will not be able to return your items or progress that have been lost. Griefing is allowed on Factions due to the nature of that server, but is not allowed on Survival, Skyblock or Prison. If you have proof of a player abusing a bug or glitch to grief, you can report them by filling in the form located at the bottom of the Help Center, please also submit a bug report.
If you have been griefed by someone who has been added to your plot on Survival, Skyblock or Prison this is your own responsibility. We advise you to resolve these issues with the player in question and only add players to your plot who you can trust.
