How do I play Craftbit?

Craftbit is a multiplayer server for Minecraft: Java Edition (for PC only)
You can not connect on the Pocket Edition, XBOX, Playstation or the special Windows 10 Edition.

Connect to our server by entering the Server Address mc.craftbit.net, for more information go to craftbit.net/play

How do I manage my 'Gold' subscription?

You can only manage your subscription on the PayPal website.

Log in to your PayPal account and browse to:
Settings -> Payments -> Manage your Automatic Payments
You should find Craftbit on that page and can manage your subscription from there.

How do I report an unauthorized charge?

We are very sorry to hear that you received an unauthorized charge. Please read through the list below to see what you can do to solve it.

  1. Check if the charge came from Craftbit. You can find our official financial accounts here: craftbit.net/legal/. If the charge did not come from us, contact PayPal or your bank.

  2. Double-check common issues that are often mistaken for unauthorized charges:
    • Family and friends: Check if family or friends who have access to your card or account bought something.
    • Duplicate charges: Some purchases might display a pending authorization in the same amount as the charge. It should disappear within a few days.

  3. Check your subscription. If you have a gold subscription you will automatically get charged every month, see the FAQ question above to see how you can manage your subscription.

If you still think that a charge was unauthorized, contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and we will get back to you in 1 to 3 days.

How do I appeal if I don't have a website account and im banned?

If you are banned from logging in to the server and have never registered an account, you will be unable to post your apeal on our website. If this is the case you will have to send your appeal to the e-mail address [email protected].

Note that it can take up to 20 days to receive a response on an appeal sent through e-mail.
